Where can I send a request for a quote?
Please send your requests to sales@aussiecomponents.com.au, and our sales team will action it as soon as possible, usually the same day or within 48 hours.
Do you keep stock in a warehouse?
We don’t keep stock on site, but we can access stock through our trusted global suppliers. If no stock is available, we can provide factory lead times to source the parts you need.
Do parts come with a warranty?
All parts supplied are purchased through authorised channels and come with a manufacturer warranty unless otherwise specified.
What if the part I need is obsolete or discontinued?
If an item is discontinued, we can check availability through our global network of suppliers, including factory or surplus stock. This ensures you can source hard-to-find or obsolete parts reliably.
Can you provide quotes over the phone?
We are unable to provide quotes over the phone. Since we don’t hold stock, we need to contact our suppliers to get accurate pricing and availability for your specific request.
