Warranty

At Aussie Components, we stand behind the quality of the products we source. Unless otherwise specified on your quote, all products come with a 12 month warranty from the delivery date.

Once received, the product will undergo a thorough evaluation. Following this assessment, we will proceed with repair or replacement of the non-functioning product. A refund will only be issued if repair or replacement is not feasible.

The warranty will be void under the following circumstances:

• Tampering or unauthorised modifications
• Failure to follow user instructions
• Use with incorrect voltage
• Fitting of non-genuine parts or components not complying with technical specifications
• Damage caused by improper use or accidents
• Repairs attempted by unqualified personnel
• Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., lightning, fire, flooding, vandalism)
