Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, customs clearance (for international orders), and product availability.
Remote & Regional Areas
Deliveries to remote and regional locations may require additional transit time. While we aim to meet the estimated delivery window, some locations may experience longer shipping times.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains products from different suppliers or warehouses, it may be shipped in multiple consignments at no additional shipping cost.
